Several Morgan County Mat Dogs placed in last weekend’s traditional AAA State Wrestling Tournament in Macon.

Morgan County’s Caleb Turner finished the highest of the seven members of the team who qualified for the tournament, bringing home second place in the state at the 215 pound weight class.

Morgan County’s Christopher Morgan finished in fourth place at the 175 pound weight class and Morgan County’s Miles Butler took fifth in the 106 weight class.
